    Hi, I'm Eileen! As a functional medicine nutritionist, I aim to empower women to make positive changes in their lives and take control of their health during perimenopause, ultimately helping them change their futures for the better. I founded Experience Wellbeing® after facing my health struggles for many years without finding any solutions. Having gone through early menopause myself, I truly understand how overwhelming the menopause transition can be. I have a background in science and a master's degree in human nutrition and functional medicine. I have also completed various mentorships in functional medicine and functional nutrition. I am passionate about continuously learning and staying updated with the latest research on topics such as women's hormones, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), gut health, and metabolic health. I'm dedicated to helping women feel better during perimenopause, and I'm hopeful for the opportunity to help you, too!
