    Welcome! I am thrilled to be a part of your Healthy Lifestyle journey. My background covers the span of over 20 years of clinical practice, working with a variety of individuals ranging from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, Heart Disease to Oncology. In addition to my Nutrition Practice, I am a fitness Instructor-teaching Spin multiple times a week. My goal for all my clients is to find that balance between what you are currently doing and what areas we need to adjust for better results. Together we will review your current daily practices, address the areas that need improvement, then come up with a plan for gradual adjustments so we can maintain a healthy lifestyle that matches your needs.
