In these roles, I have educated individuals from all ages, on proper eating habits and lifestyle changes, emphasizing the importance of holistic wellness, exercise and mental integrity, to improve their quality of life. I hold a bachelors degree from the University of Saint Joseph and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree.
