With a strong foundation in nutrition science, I have gained valuable experience working in various healthcare settings, from nursing homes to SNAP-Ed programs. In these roles, I have educated individuals from all ages, on proper eating habits and lifestyle changes, emphasizing the importance of holistic wellness, exercise and mental integrity, to improve their quality of life. I hold a bachelors degree from the University of Saint Joseph and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree. My passion lies in helping people achieve their healthiest selves through informed sustainable choices.
