    Hi, I’m Jennifer Tardy, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a deep passion for transforming lives through the power of holistic nutrition. My journey into health and wellness began back in 1994, and over the past three decades, I’ve cultivated a wealth of education, knowledge and experience that has shaped my approach to helping others. Personally, I have successfully healed my own gut and hormone issues through holistic approaches, and I’ve navigated the challenges of raising a child with ADHD and another with autism, who was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune condition called Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EOE). Through dedication and a commitment to healing through food, I was able to reverse my son’s condition, restore his health and vitality, and reclaim my own well-being. These experiences have fueled my mission to help others achieve similar transformations in their own lives. What sets me apart is my comprehensive approach to wellness. I don’t just offer meal plans; I provide fully customized solutions that address the root causes of health issues like digestive problems, hormone imbalances, inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. I believe that true healing comes from understanding and addressing the physical, emotional, and environmental factors that influence our well-being.
