    Welcome! I'm Margot Shute, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey towards achieving your most optimal health and wellness. I began this journey 16 years ago when I was introduced to holistic health, and shortly after the birth of my son, having come from a very conventional medical background myself. Ten years later, I decided it was the right time to deepen my knowledge in this field, so I pursued further education and earned two certifications in holistic health and functional medicine. These educational trainings have allowed me to have a deeper understanding of how to look at the root cause of one's symptoms and create highly customized health plans tailored to individual needs. Whether it's clients battling with persistent menopause symptoms, weight gain, and fatigue, or men in midlife who want to optimize their health, balance their hormones, and feel great again, I'm committed to providing the support, guidance, and tools necessary for a complete transformation. I am particularly passionate about helping women navigate menopause and midlife, as well as supporting men facing their own hormonal challenges during this critical phase of life. Together, we will create a highly comprehensive and customizable plan that will not only address your immediate concerns but also empower you to sustain long-term health and vitality.
