    Welcome! I am Elizabeth Shidler and I am thrilled to be a part of your wellness journey toward optimal health and wellness. My interest in Nutrition and how food affects the body started at a young age as I have struggled with my weight my entire life and more recently had hypothyroidism thrown into the mix. My journey towards being an RD was fueled by my own health journey and I received my BS in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota and am in my last semester of my Masters in integrative and functional medicine from John Patrick University! Let me take you step by step to address the root causes of weight gain and hormonal imbalances.
