    Hi! I'm a Naturopathy and Yoga Physician with wide knowledge and experience in both Clinical and Research field. I believe in the saying "Health is Wealth" and "Health for all" is my goal. My aspiration is to create awareness about healthy living and impart health to everyone on all aspects - Mental, Physical and Emotional well-being through Lifestyle modifications . It includes Physical activity, healthy and nutritious diet, mental relaxation, proper lifestyle habits, yoga techniques, home remedy tips, natural treatments, etc. My aim is to find out the root cause of any illness or disease and to treat it. In this modern world, most of the ailments are Psychosomatic related which when untreated can lead to various other health conditions reducing the quality of life. I assure that I'll try to provide the best to achieve health in a simple and easy way to lead a healthy living by treating the ailments and improving the vitality.
