    A Southern California native, Jackie graduated from the University of St. Katherine in San Diego, California, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Health and Wellness. Once she refined what role she wanted to play in supporting health, she went on to attain her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Jackie has spent the last three years working with many individuals via 1:1 private coaching. Jackie has gained much of her experience in holistic spaces, working for chiropractors, health food stores, and through her pursuit of well-being. Jackie finds great joy and fulfillment in walking alongside others in their health journeys and empowering them in all aspects of their life. Whether you’re just starting your health journey and need some pointers, or you’ve been struggling for years with chronic disease; she will sit with you and help bring clarity to your health struggles. Outside of health coaching, she embraces Texan culture and spends her evenings two-stepping and enjoying live country music
