        Hey there! I am so glad you're here and proud of you for taking the first step towards bettering your overall physical, mental and emotional health! I am excited about the opportunity to guide you on your journey towards optimal wellbeing. My career began at Adelphi University where I obtained both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Human Performance Science almost 20 years ago. My love for helping others achieve optimal health has led me to acquire a diverse background, serving those with very advanced cardiopulmonary diseases in clinical settings all the way to training and coaching top collegiate athletes. I have also worked for years in the corporate wellness space as both an Onsite and Telemedicine Health Coach for employees at multiple companies for a variety of populations. This is my "sweet spot" if you will. I enjoy coaching and leading others to improved wellness by helping them advocate for themselves, ask questions, reflect on their own patterns of behavior and learn to take an active roll when it comes to their healthcare. In the last five years, I have grown more and more passionate about functional medicine while also taking a more holistic and collaborative approach when it comes to my own health! I specialize in helping women navigate both overall health and weight loss in the perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life. Learning from and working with my own functional medicine team has completely changed my life, as well as my health, and I hope to help you do the same!
